Multi level marketing appears to be a go idea and a bad afterthought all at the same instance. By now you probably know what it is. Simply put, it is the pyramid model that works with MLM.

You bring in people to promote products, who do the same with other people and it goes on. Money is paid to your people and so on until everyone gets a piece of the pie. But, things never go as planned. That is why it is important to learn all of the cold truths about MLM before you get too involved in the system.

Just like

People want you to get involved with MLM and work for them. They will often tell you that joining up with MLM is the easiest way to start and run your own business. Their claims are not true. It is a lot better to create a product and begin your own business with it. This is better for you financially. Only work for you, if you have a choice. The product that you promote is entirely yours. Only you will get paid for your product. MLM, on the other hand forces you to try to meet quotas. You will be required to dish out money for membership fees and registration. This eventually is not worth all of the problems it causes.

People who work in the multi level marketing industry want others to see MLM as an ideal method of marketing that is good for the online culture. The truth is that the industry is primarily fear driven. Multi level marketing recruits get the interest of people because they scare them into thinking that they cannot do any better due to the way that the job market is steadily going down. MLM recruiters are good at making the people who work for them very fearful and scared to move on away from the multi level marketing industry. There is nothing that is appealing about this kind of action.

You will practically do the same thing to bring new people into the fold as you would to sell products.

MLM managers and recruiters, for an unknown reason, like to keep telling their downline that the products they are selling now will be in retail stores and sold to the general public. To make a profit, the only way that most MLM companies can make money is to convince people in their company to buy their products wholesale, and sell them to other people. For the most part, most MLMers lose their shirts because they end up trying to peddle merchandise that they purchase to retail stores on consignment, usually for a complete loss. The MLM field has long since been outed as a field mostly filled with scams. Unfortunately, with so many newbies looking for ways to get rich quick without doing any work falling for the marketing hype, it’s obvious to see how MLM continues to survive. These people lose a lot of money, end up discouraged and decide that every form of online sale or shopping is fraudulent. Don’t become one of these people!
